These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Sheppards Bricks website and to any order you place with us.
Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About us
This website is operated by Sheppards Bricks.
Sheppards Bricks sells custom UV printed LEGO® compatible parts and related products.
You can contact us at:
Email: [email protected]
2. Important LEGO® disclaimer
LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorise or endorse this site.
Sheppards Bricks is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorised by, or endorsed by the LEGO Group.
Where we describe products as “LEGO® compatible”, this means they are designed for use with LEGO® elements or similar compatible building systems. Where a product is described as being printed on genuine LEGO® parts, this means the printed element itself is an official LEGO® part that has been customised by Sheppards Bricks.
3. Products
We sell custom UV printed LEGO® compatible products, including printed tiles, personalised number plates, signs, flags and related accessories.
Product images are provided to show the design, style and general appearance of the item. Colours, print positioning and final appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, production tolerances, tile colour, part shape or the custom text supplied.
Some products are personalised or printed to order. These may include, but are not limited to, items containing custom text, names, registration numbers, logos, requested wording or customer-supplied design details.
4. Product descriptions and availability
We try to ensure that all product descriptions, prices, stock information and images are accurate and up to date.
However, we cannot guarantee that all information on the website will always be free from errors. If we discover an error with a product you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we may offer you:
- A replacement item
- A delayed dispatch
- A partial refund
- A full refund
5. Personalised and custom products
For personalised or custom products, you are responsible for checking that all information you provide is accurate before placing your order.
This includes, where relevant:

- Colour choices
- Design instructions

We will produce personalised items using the information you provide. We are not responsible for mistakes in custom details supplied by you.
If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at:
We will do our best to help, but we may not be able to change or cancel a personalised order once production has started.
6. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket.
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean that your order has been accepted.
Your order is accepted when we dispatch the goods or otherwise confirm acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
- The product is unavailable
- There has been an error in the price or product description
- Payment has not been authorised

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund for the cancelled item or order.
7. Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).
Prices are as displayed on the website at the time you place your order. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Delivery costs, where applicable, will be shown during checkout before you place your order.
You are responsible for any taxes, customs fees, import duties or other charges that may apply if you order from outside the United Kingdom.
8. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
We do not see or store your full card details.
By placing an order, you confirm that:

We currently use Royal Mail for delivery.
Delivery options and costs will be shown at checkout where applicable.
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 2 working days, unless a different timeframe is shown on the product page or at checkout.
Personalised, custom, backorder or printed-to-order items may take longer. Where a product page states a specific production or dispatch estimate, that estimate will apply.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including postal delays, strikes, severe weather, customs delays, incorrect addresses, or other disruptions affecting delivery services.
10. Delivery address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost or returned because the delivery address supplied was incorrect or incomplete.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may ask you to pay additional postage before resending it.
11. Risk and ownership
The products become your responsibility once they have been delivered to the delivery address you provided.
Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received full payment.

If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at:
If your order has not yet been dispatched or production has not started, we may be able to cancel it and issue a refund.

13. Returns and cancellation rights

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Personalised or custom products
Personalised, custom or made-to-order products cannot usually be cancelled, returned or refunded simply because you have changed your mind.
This includes items printed with custom text, names, registration numbers, customer-supplied wording, customer-selected designs or other personalised details.
This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
15. Refunds
Where a refund is due, we will usually refund you using the original payment method.
Refunds may take several working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
For cancelled standard goods, we may wait until we have received the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back before issuing a refund.
Original delivery charges may be refunded where required by law, but additional delivery services or upgraded postage options may not be refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect.
